My name is Vernon Burden, and I am honored to serve as the principal of this exceptional school and district. As I enter another year of my tenure at Athens, I look forward to a year filled with growth, learning, and success. I am enthusiastic about reaching new heights together over the next academic year as soaring Red Hawks.

Over the next four years, I look forward to supporting your growth, helping you navigate new experiences, and assisting you in reaching your highest potential.
